Driving More Traffic with Tweet Old Post WordPress Plugin

As you develop a strong list of Twitter followers it becomes necessary to consistently put information in front of those people to keep them engaged. People do not read every single tweet in their news feed so you have to push out content to your followers at different times of day on an ongoing consistent basis.

The Tweet Old Post plugin allows for that. In addition to automatically tweeting on your behalf at a regularly defined interval, it will also introduce your followers to older content you have written which is good for your traffic and your SEO efforts.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve just started using Hoote Suite to schedule tweets in advance. This will be a good addition to that.

I’ve noticed that my chrome browser doesn’t like pluggins. Anytime I activate a pluggin the visual editor inaccessible . Any reason why that might be?

I use Chrome exclusively and never have any issues. There might be a combination of plugins that are not compatible with each other. Try disabling all plugins and then reactivate them one by one until the issue returns. That might help

Thank’s Jacob, great review had not come across this plugin before and you review on how to set-up was spot on. I have now installed, the only think that nearly caught me out was the tick to NOT post categories!

Also thanks for the follow on Twitter. My blog has only been going a few weeks so every follow helps to encourage me to write the next post.

To NED if Chrome does not like your plugins then it may be out of date because you do not have auto update set. Just go to Tools menu – About and this will check for updates and download new version.
